Training Classes:

We have regular training. Our subjects vary but are always associate driven. CE Classes are regularly available and always at no charge. There’s no coincidence that some of our top producing agents attend our training.

Online Class Notes:

In case you missed a class you can always find the notes in your RealtySync resources sections.

Videos:

We have plenty of training material available for our agents to check out. Great mentors like David Knox and Brian Tracy make up our library.

Transaction Review:

Each and every contract that’s turned in is reviewed by a member of our licensed staff. We look for dates that don’t match, numbers that don’t add up, blank sections, really anything that our agent may have overlooked. Within 48 hours every agent receives a courtesy email letting them know if their file is perfect or perhaps what’s been missed. We make it easy for our agents to do a great job.

Online File Review:

Once a file has been reviewed, that information is posted on the agents RealtySync site. From anywhere there is an internet connection you can log into your RealtySync account and see what notes are posted to each of your transactions. No more wondering if you’ve turned in all the docs, just log in and see.

Principal Availability:

As previously mentioned, we take agent support very seriously. Our Principals are full time. Our policy is that a Broker is always available during our hours of operation. When you need attention we know it’s important to you.

Listhub.com

Listhub.com automatically submits your listings together with your photos and virtual tour, if you have one, to over 24 different websites. Many of  those websites allow you to set up a personal account, again at no charge to you, that will help direct the potential buyer to you. This is a great tool to assist you in getting listings, and in generating buyer leads.

Realtor.com

The MLS sends all their listings to Realtor.com with only four photos and no contact information for the listing agent. HOMEnet pays for the Premium Enhanced feature so our listings have up to 30 photos, virtual tours, and our agents contact information on the nations #1 real estate website.
