Who is the Broker?

Well that depends on which company you affiliate with. Charles Sipes is the Principal Broker of HOMEnet Real Estate, and Marque Roybal is the Principal Broker of HOMEnet Properties.

I'm new to the business, Can I join?

Of course. we have a great record of taking individuals right out of school and helping them exceed their goals their first year. We provide the tools, training and support to help you become a top earner. The hard work is up to you.

Other companies have offered me leads. Do you provide leads?

We do much better, we show you how to create your own leads. The companies that offer leads generally get those leads from sign calls or calls from listings. Our opinion is that those leads should go directly to the agent who placed that ad or worked hard to earn that client. When you're associated with us rest assured, every call you earn will go directly to you, not anyone else.

Are there mandatory meetings?

Nope, If we need to tell you something it will be placed on your free personal website, emailed to you, or if it's really important, we'll call you. All associates are strongly encouraged to attend training, CE Classes or vendor presentations but it's never required.

How hard is it to get the attention of the Broker?

It's our company policy that one of the Brokers will be available in the office at least 35 hours a week to answer calls or take visits from associates. All of their mobile numbers are printed on their cards in case you need them after hours. We understand that when you have a question or concern, time is of the essence. Principal availability is something we pride ourselves in.

How much control do associates have over the charges to their clients.

Complete control within the law, We believe that our associates are professionals who know their market and clients. As such they should have complete control over charges and fees.

How soon after funding are commissions available?

Your commission will be ready to pick up 8 business hours after we receive good and available funds. Keep in mind this can be delayed if the file is incomplete.

Is there a certain production level required of associates?

Not at all. We believe that every person has the right to be as productive as they choose. Our only requirement is that when you do become involved in a transaction, that you do a GREAT job representing your client.

Tell me more about the paperless system?

In today's computer age most of our agents prefer to work from home or out in the field more than in the office. For this reason we've developed Agent Access. A website where all of our communication can take place with our agents. Not only can the agent find all of the Brokers resources such as presentations, forms and training, but also all of the contracts that the agent is and has ever worked on. In addition to seeing the actual scanned in contract, they can see the Brokers notes on the file. All secure and all online. When an agent has a file to turn in all they need to do is email or fax it in. That being said we love when agents pay us a visit in person!
